tier 1 general 2nd extension & dependent

I have few question which I could not find any answers in previous posts or may have over looked to apologies in advance.

I got my tier 1 visa in 16 oct 2008 from UK.

I got my extension very early due to personal reasons and got BPR on 9 Sep 2011 so I am short of 1 month and 7 days for ILR.

now question is can I apply for Tier 1 General 2nd extension or do I need to apply for 2nd extension?

Also can I show maintenance funds in one statement (my bank statement) for both me and my dependent or does it need to be her own statement?

you have to apply for second extension before ilr and you can show both funds in your own acocunt ,it does nt make any differnce .

i think you need to apply for 2nd extension mate .. this is hard. .. but unfortunately that's how it is ..
