I need help in understanding my period of stay and work permit in UK as per the COS issued to me by my employer. My COS has been issued in November 2011 and it is valid till Feb 2012.
Following things are mentioned inmy COS:
Tier and category Tier 2 (ICT Skills Transfer)
Current certificate status: ASSIGNED
Work dates
Start date:27 December 2011
End date:26 December 2013 Does the migrant need to leave and re-enter the UK during the period of approval? Y Total weekly hours of work:40.0
As I understand from UKBA that under Skills Transfer category leave to remain in 6 months only. But my employer is saying that I can stay and work till 2years which is again extensable. Please help me in this case as I am not sure about my work and stay in UK.
