tier4 to tier1 applicant and appeal

Hello everyone,

I applied tier4 to tier1 and got refusal on bank letter and transfer to uk.
I have to prepare b.plan which is my field (qualification) related?
Bcoz I have done MSc in Pharmaceutical science and I want to do business about pizza franchise opportunity.
Please help me b.plan should be qualification related or not.

No it doesnt need to be qualification related. If you are applying under 50K route then you can do any business but that should fall at level 4 or above.

Lot of applicants have received a visa on a business totally different to their qualification however you should be able to convince the case handler.

By the way, pizza franchise is not a level 4 or above business

Any Tom Dick and Harry can start a pizza franchise.
