Tier 2 Short Term (ICT)- Eligibility and Cooling off period

Hi,

Please help me on my below query.

1) I was in UK for the period of 15-Aug-2011 to 27-July-2012 under short term (Tier 2 ICT).
2)Now I had to travel to UK by end of July 2013. Can I apply for short term tier 2 ICT in mid of july 2013 ?
3) Will I get the Workpermit visa ? I am confused with cooling off period.

I found this immigration board very useful. Please help

You can apply once you've been outside the UK for 12 months - the onus is on you to prove this.
