i have already applied for reconsideration 5 weeks ago.But didnt get any reply from UKBA.

U can hire a solicitor.U can do it urself aswell.
see UKBA website.All details r there.

This depends on your knowledge and approach as to how you can address the reasons of refusal or say to identify their mistake if you find in the assessment of your application.A professional help is not imperative at all but rather optional on the basis of an individual's own capablitity and confidence to deal the issue with care technically or legally.
Experience and understanding can get you to the goal.Every information based on my own experience is friendly shared in goodfaith.
