@ Tariq Rc card doesn't mean proper card it is the name given to the sticker under eu directives. Don't get confused with the name rc card it is sticker either put in your passport or on A4 paper if passport is not available. As per international practice its more appropriate to have it in the passports rather than A4 paper. It happens to my friend and he requested ukba to put it in the passport and they do it. If you travel to some countries they sometimes delay you for confirmation before allowing you on board into UK flights. Good luck guys

Below is the response I received from Marje Clarke. It looked like a very generic email but then less than 24 hours later I got the followup email from the team to confirm a decision was made and on its way to me.

"Your enquiry has been passed to me to respond.

Please accept my apologies that the details on your COA were incorrect but I can confirm that I have asked one of my team to respond to you outlining how long it should take to resolve.

I am sorry that we did not action this correctly and for the inconvenience caused but be assured that we actively promote good customer care and strive to provide a first class service and it is a matter of regret when we fall short of achieving our goal. We are working hard to improve our delivery performance."

EEA2 VISA

Post by tariq786 » Wed Jul 03, 2013 12:05 pm

Guys nothing special just simple documents
we was working together before so all payslips and employment letter.
our tenancy documents and bills before our marriage and after marriage.
all pictures.
2 jobs contract
payslips
joint bank statements
employment letter
this things i send every month. means At least 2 months and the same day they decide my case. Issue my RC
but in my view my case was not very strong when i read this form and other guys have problems.
Because no interview, no home visit, no enquire.
may be because they can see payslips and bank statements.
i'm very thanksfull for ALLAH ALMIGHTY. my beautiful parents and their prayers. i gain good knowledge from this form i read almost 200 pages and soo many cases. thanks every one

Guys
In my view plz keep your documents update with H.O
send every month something. they will decide quickly. try to make your case simple like i always write letter to H.O and explain everything in my words.
even about our relationship then i was giving proof.
so ALLAH BLESSED me with RC.

@Tariq
Congratulation! I am really very impressed with your unique strategy of sending documents every month. Apart of spiritual struggle, it can be one of reasons of your quick case processing and no interview invitation.

Well,I doubt if it affected anything...I'd rather want to believe UKBA has improved on their processing time...
Again, applications are now being sent to Durham,so the EEA Liverpool office should winding up soon..

Nothing can be said yet that Liverpool is winding up because already a lot of UK points based fee paying applications are forwarded to some where else and their case processing take place some where else.
