Urgent help required - Overstay

Post by amir3993 » Fri Jun 28, 2013 8:12 pm

Hi,

I overstayed for two months on a business visa on my last trip to UK.

Can I apply for student visa now as I want to do ACCA.

One of my friend stated that UKBA website states a ban of one year to enter into UK if anyone overstayed in UK.

Can anyone please confirm and provide link from UKBA website.

Regards
Amir

Hi

Nothing happened, when to the airline counter showed my e-ticket they have given my boarding pass, then cleared the security and then off to india.

When I left at that time they were no immigration counters.

Hope this helps

Where is your passport with that visa on which you overstay? There must be an return-entry stamp of Indian Immigration Authorities. That's the only proof of your overstay.

Just safely destroy your that passport and forget you ever overstay your UK visa and apply with confidence. There is no record of your overstay except your passport.
