tier1 living in scotland

Post by tier1-immigrant » Sun Jun 30, 2013 1:05 pm

Hi,

I hold tier1 general visa and currently working in Scotland.
Just wanted your views on this. Suppose say after 2014 or 2015 Scotland separates from England, do tier1 immigrants in scotland have to move to england ? I know both governments agree upon some rule with regard to immigrants, but just wanted to know your views on the possibilities.

Thanks.

We can't guess now about this.

I hope to hold immigrants and boost economy Scotland, they may allow Tier 1 Immigrants to work in their country.

Most Scottish Citizens are not willing to separate from UK. Hopefully this wont happen.

very hypothetical Question. I am also in Scotland, and in fact want it to separate
But as @ManiKing says, doesn't look like a possibility.
