SET(M) URGENT COHEB REGARDING HELP...

Hi..
I just urgently need your expert opinion. I got an appointment at PEO in a week time and still got an huge query .
I came to UK before 2 yrs on dependent visa and now apply for ILR under SET (M). My problem is that me and wife stayed together for 3 months and then I moved to different place because started my new degree and got admission at different place. She had her job at midlands so she stayed there for another 7 months and after that she got a new job where I am staying rt now. I got all the documents then on for coheb and other things.
So can anyone pls guide me is this affect my application? And is there any particular thing I need to keep in my mind.? What short of the other documents i can put to cover those 7 months?
Pls guide me what best I can do in this situation?
