absence - discretion

Post by kvsudhirreddy » Mon Jul 01, 2013 12:23 pm

Hi,

I am going to apply via NCS next week for naturalization along with my wife.
My wife's job involves frequent travel so she has been away for upto 560 days in last 5 years. Will HO or caseworker consider Discretion on absences from the UK as she was employed and payed salary in UK by UK based business for last 5 years?

what documents should we submit to support her absence?

See Discretion on absences from the UK during the residential qualifying period remember that the applicant must have been physically present in the UK 5 years prior to the HO receiving the application as well as meeting the other standard requirements.
