Although, I agree with you that protest etc will be childish but then how can H.office justify giving visa to some and deny to others under exactly identical circumstances??
Myself and my friends, took admission on same day, submitted dissertation on same day, got identical letters, posted it to H.office on same day, they get visa I don't.
Their visa arrived on the day COA gave their decision last tuesday!!!
It is not the Home Office is it. They are implementing a court's decision which was favourable to your friends.

All brothers wait for SC decision and everyone try to gather relevant evidence specially those students they were studied with u and submitted application for PSW and their nature of case was similar with you but they got visa and u did not. These types of the evidence will helpful for our case and it will make the HO case weak in SC, and great chances to win the case.

@PaperPusher
their PSW application was rejected and they went for appeal which were withdrawn at last moment. So it was home offices' decision, home office was not implementing courts decision.

Khatel case might take from 1- 2 years to deal in supreme court. The supreme court heard only 80 cases in a yea.it's now they realised to use evidence, when the case is going to supreme court. It could be deal easily with evidence in COA,and the case will be already over by now.it's all fault to Zane malik, with his stupid argument about continuous application and without submit any evidence.

The procedure of SC is lengthy and costly as a one brother mentioned that SC dealing 80 cases in a year. So the best way is we should fight our case on the Human Right basis or forward a combine request through newspaper to PM and in the SC. This is the best way bcz some student they don't have job and can't afford SC and barrister fees, some students are here for long time and they want to go back for their family. In my point of view this is a best option otherwise wait for SC procedure.

Thats the point we should think about seriously bcx zane & Khatel is trying to make us fool now,but the thing is if he'll not go SC what will effect on our cases,zane dont have Enough points to speak in SC,So it will difficult for him to win there,So khetal should realise if he wants everybody to help him then he have to change barrister.Thats It

Khatel there are other barrister who had evidence and can use this in court, why you still stick with your stupid barrister. There are better one. If you want help then change your barrister, otherwise you are wasting your time with Zane malik. Why Zane malik didn't make a no win no fee with you. You been so long with him, and you already spend so much money with him, at. Least he could make a deal with you.

(2/2)ALAM concerns s85A, 1-stop appeal provisions & Article 8 near-miss principle. PATEL concerns segregating removal & variation decisions.
