Confusion on Code of Practice

Hello guys

My salary is 23,100pa for 37.5hrs and Tier 2- General Code of Practice has minimum requirement of £24,000pa.
Please correct me if I am wrong COP £24,000 is based on 39hr rate.
If that is true then my hourly rate is 12.83.
Further calculation (12.83 * 39 * 4 * 12) = £24017pa
So do I fulfill this requirement?

If working 37.5 hours per week you need to earn (£24,000 / 39) * 37.5 to qualify or £20,300 whichever is higher.

I'll let you do the math.

Also, you probably want to be working on a 52 week year rather than a 48 week year...
