Other people can argue that if it is only about investment then why they wanted businesses at a graduate level only at the first place.

when there is different access funds required for psw and non psw holder then ukba have the right to restrict psw with 50k access to certain level of businesses.

so u cant say that u will get a visa with reduced access requirement and after getting visa u can do any business or wont observe those restrictions?

@googleit..we aint here to change some1 mind. If u think u are right then go ahead with ur plan n do it. Don't waste ur tym here making other ppl thinking the way u like or interpret??

Wt I wrote is what is right in my point of view and I can excute it and face consequances of it.

So wwtever u thinking of T1E simply excute it. No argument

Wt I wrote or other ppl written solely their own intrepretation . We might not have to agree on everything. Are we?

@ Darvesh, every one here on this forum gives his opinion according to his knowledge or guidence, but u can't say don't waste ur time, because whatever googleit said, is according to the guidence, I read the whole guidence and totally agreed with googleit, regarding changing some ones mind, I would say forum is just a guidence or personal exprience, every one got mind and knows very well what to do,,,

@legal83....well i do respect wtever said by whoever. i read it time n again i found wtever i wrote down in my previous posts. if sum1 turn around ask me prove it or give the reference or Aaccept wtever i m saying thats not gonna work. will it?

we can have difference of opinion but cant force or put our words into sum1 else mouth.

if sum1 has point then say it as well as listen wt others want to say too. no point to counter argue...

@Darvaish , the only point I am making here is Dont just give statements based on opinions it would be better if we give advice as per guidance. And if u read guidance it clearly states for Initial Applications (Section D)

You may probably email UKBA and seek clarification directly regarding NVQ Level 4 business whether it is a requirement for initial applicants only or not.
Anyone using this email please let us all know UKBA reply as well by posting here for the benefit and knowledge of everyone.
