SOLVED: OCI online Part A complete but, can't print/move

Hi,

I filled Part A of the application with my information as main applicant. Then, it asked if I want to add my family member's details. There was no button to press go further.

When I filled my Part A information, it gave me temporary application ID and File reference number. Because I need to fill remaining information and print the document, I tried accessing my application by OCI enquiry etc. But, I have no success since last 4-5 days.

What do suggest. Should I fill the form again or enquire to high commission?

I can't retrieve my part application. So what should I do.? Should I refill the whole application? Will it cause a problem since it is second application.

Fill the form again, you can fill another form, there is no issue.

Fill the form for another time and see if you have completed

This happened to me as well, I filled it again and submitted in HCI

For the benefit of others...

I did not need to fill application completely again.

I went to https://passport.gov.in/oci/welcome and clicked on "New OCI registration" and then "Complete partially filled application" after answering some question. I had to provide temporary application ID and not the one generated after filing Part A application.

I did this time using Internet Explorer but, I think it does not matter.
