CAN I for thorugh ACS or I have to choose RPL

Dear Fellows,

I am umer from pakistan. Please help me in choosing the right path.

I planed to apply for ACS skill assessment and prepared following docs

1- ACS Form
2- Work Experience letters
3-Passport copies
4-Education certificates

My profile is given below

Work Exp = 4 years
Education = 16 Years ( 2 year MSc and 2 year Bachelor degree)
Age =26 years

I have recoginsed Acedmic qualification. One of my colleague informed me that I need to go thorugh RPL rather than ACS. As i dont have 4 year bachelor degree. In RPL more experience required than I have, So please inform can I go thorugh ACS or I need to go through RPL assessment.

I am quite confuses in this case.
