ILR 10 years

Post by England135 » Tue Jun 11, 2013 1:05 pm

Hi,

I entered the uk on 25/10/2013. Now I am on Tier 1 general which is going to

expires on 10/09/2013 . So the gape is more than 28 days in fact 45 days

before completing 10 years. Now am I eligible to apply for 10 years based

ILR, is there any discretion that I can claim or first I have to make FLR and

then after covering the 18 days gap make another application for ILR? I

have two school going children got birth in the UK.

Thanks
