we got this back after mailing them (HO) and after the children passport is been sent back last week

Please clarify if Ms xxxxxxxx is in a relationship with the father of her children —
Mr xxxxxxxx? If she is, then do they live together? If so, please provide
evidence to confirm this.
If she is not in a relationship with Mr xxxxxxx, then does she have sole responsibility
for her 3 children? If so, please provide evidence such as a letter from the children's
school, GP, Health Visitor etc. Also provide evidence that the 3 children live at the
same address as their mother.

that is the letter HO sent to my partner about her application we dont know what to send to them about her relationship with me and proof that the children and the mum leaves together.

Thanks Obie she apply base on her 3 british children when we are not together, she was leaving with her sister then in 2012 when she apply. but we now laeve together now with the children .
