Why march is still n progress I tought this z now April turn to collect thier passports I'm also very tired of waiting I hope with the batakat of Ramadan we recieve our rfcs soon because I really want to spend the eid with my hubby.

Aww ameen. InshAllah Thankyou. Its hard not to be sad... i pray we all hear soon its been a real distressing time for all of us. I checked status around 6 times today but no luck.. I pray Allah helps us all and reunites us all with our loved ones so soon. Ameen.

Ill definitely post as soon as I hear. Plz pray for us all as I do for all of you in the forum

just to let you guys know , any case of spouse visa which does not meet the requirement of 18600 will now be put on hold as per high court ruling... until final decision..

remaining requirements are still the same...

but if one meets the requirement then case will be processed as normal

Ahhh gosh this news comes late for some people who have been rejected because of the income...

Looking on the bright side maybe it will speed up the ones who have met all the requirements.

Dont think so it will speed up the process for those who have already applied and meet threshold.. and if in few days the threshold is removed or reduced , you can expect higher number of applications and delays too

the pausing or holding of applications which dont meet financial requirement and have already applied will create a backlog i think

I think it will cause a backlog for those who havent met the financial requirement.. i dont think they will reach a decision very quickly it will most likely take a few months!

This minimum threshold requirement decision doesnot apply to us as we have filled the appendix VA4Fa...the court decision applies to those who filled appendix FM Se...so I don't thinkso this decision relate to us

a) The online Visa application form is (VAF4A)
b) and Appendix 2 Form which we had to fill sign and submit, it is Financial Requirements Form (Appendix FM-SE)

If you meet the income threshold nothing to worry about - if you don't then you would not have submitted an application.

We should trust in Allah to grant it and nothing else.
