Thank you for your respond. So there is no basic distinction between 'overstayer' and 'illegal.
An overstayer is someone who enters a country with a visa and stays beyond his/her visa.Whereas an illegal is the person entering a country cladenstinely without a visa.shareen24h wrote:Hello
