Marriage certificate translation missing

Dear all,
I'm applying for my wife's ILR (Set (M) form) on this Thursday at a PEO office. I have granted ILR last year and my wife is currently in a dependent visa ( dependent of a settled person). When I applied for her visa I have provided our marriage certificate translation. But for some reason, it went missing and now we dont have the translation ( but we have the original non translated copy) for her ILR/ iset (M) application.
As we have provided the marriage certificate in our initial visa application, is it gonna be a issue?? Please provide your kind advice...
