OCI application self attesting of copies

I am applying for OCI with my wife.

Do I need to have all copies self attesting (with me and my wife's signature)?

One guide of application filling while printing part A/B form, said
" This form when completed should be submitted in duplicate (both sets must have original photographs and signatures along with enclosures)"

So do I need to submit second copy of application??
