New entrant or Experienced

Hello Everybody,

I am currently on PSW visa and switching to Tier 2 with one of registered sponsor. I am above 27

Could i apply under "New entrant" scheme? Even my employer is not sure and even feel UKBA guidelines about this is very vague.

Have anyone above 27 have successfully switched from PSW to tier 2 under "New Entrant" scheme.

If switching from psw u ll be new entrant rate
