little help please

1 picture needs to be attached at the referee page does that have to be certified?N do i need to submit anymore picture with the an form or not?

do you mean.... i dont have to submit any picture apart from the 1 picture which is on the referee page which doesn't need to be certified by the referee

is there any mention in the form for more than one picture or the photo to be certified by the referee?

no just 1 pic that need to attached to referee page....so is that all i need ?

It seems that you did not read the guidance notes to Form AN. I suggest you read them carefully.

You only need ONE photo and NO NEED to have it signed by referee.

The picture can be glued to the box instead of stapling on to the page just to make sure they do not ask for another one to be submitted.

This would be asking for trouble. They clearly specify "...photograph stapled or clipped into the space provided".

Obviously this is so that they can remove it from the form, which would be impossible if it were glued.
