Calculating absences -

Year 1 12-Sep-13-11-Sep-12 29-Mar-13 14-Apr-13 -15 days Annual Vacation

29th march I went out of the country - Passport stamped for 29th
14th I came in the country passport stamped for 14th.

Can some one tell me if I have to consider 29th march and 14th April in calculating absences or leave both the days. Leaving both the days absence is 15 days. Is it correct?

I am asking as every day is imp for me to get teh absences below 180.

You only need to include full days as absence. If you left on 29th march and returned on 14th April, you will need to calculate the days in between. So yes 15 days is correct.
hope that helps
