New to this forum and is so impressive how people can support each other. its like a family here. luv it.

Pls. could anyone kindly give answers

have a British partner and British kids
my partner planning to exercise his treaty right in Ireland.

Q1. do I (over stayer) need to go back to my home country and apply to join him in Ireland? (note I have an outstanding reconsideration application in home office since 2011)

Q2. if I eventually go home do I apply for a short stay less than 90days or long stay visa to join him in Ireland

Q3. once he gets to Ireland does he have to start working before I apply to join him.
