You can request from your HR now, because you will have time for any corrections.

Here is the below letter format, which I have submitted for my ILR (i.e. WP+tier 2 ICT)

Employer Letter

This is to certify that <<Your Name>> (Employee No. # xxxxx) is an employee
of <<Company Name>> since <<Date>>.

<<Your Name>> is working with us in United Kingdom on a Long term assignment with effect from <<Date>>.

As per Company records the current designation of <<Your Name>> is <<Designation>>. The current Gross salary is <<xxxx>> GBP per annum.

He will continue to remain employed with us in the foreseeable future.

The Standard Occupational (SOC) Code for the employee is <<New SOC Code>>.

Annual Leave details –
Start Date End Date Country visited Days Reason
Dd/mm/yyyy Dd/mm/yyyy Annual Leave

The above employee is being paid at or above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the codes of practice for Tier 2 sponsors.

This letter is issued at the request of the employee and cannot be used as a detailed experience letter.

You can amend this letter as per your requirement.

Great thanks Ishwarch for your reply. Since I am Tier1 general, is it OK to remove the sort code bit.

Yes, you don't need SOC code information.
