Can I Switch To Tier 2 With Ordinary Bachelor Degree

I have a bachelor (Ordinary degree) from Middle Sex university but not Honors just Ordinary can i apply to switch from tier4 to tier2 general as from the tier 2 guide it says :

You can only switch into Tier 2 if you meet the following criteria:
• you must have successfully completed and passed a UK recognized bachelor’s or master’s degree.

So is the ordinary bachelor degree considers a UK recognized bachelor or i would need to get an Honors degree to be able to apply.

If your degree is recognized you can apply as long as the university awarding the degree is on ukba'a highly trusted list and is a bachelor or masters u should be ok..
