RULE CHANGE

Post by FEZIYAZ » Sat Jul 13, 2013 6:52 pm

• UK family migration—applying for UK Spouse/partner/child migration—As of now, one can still make an application for UK family migration provided he or she fulfills the minimum income threshold requirements as laid down by the UK government. Remember, anyone not fulfilling the condition of minimum income threshold is likely get his or her application paused by the UK Home Office.

In other words your visa will not get refused if you don't meet income requirements but it will get paused.. Until further notice ... , which is un-fair and unlucky for people who have just been refused before this change... Including my wife's, which I have just re-applied for!!

any previous visa would not speed up the process ..

i thought the same as well , its the same scenario with our case but its taking same time as everyone else ....

i heard its about the queue of files and how further down is your folder in it..

when it comes to decision making , an ECO takes about 45 mins to check through an application and make a final decision.. Remember on daily basis 100s of applications are submitted ( in different categories ) and staff in Islamabad is limited.

Sometimes one gets everything they dreamed and desired. Yet when you encounter such changes in your partner, you think to yourself, was all the pain, anxious, wait and struggle worth the while? That is the point when you realise that marriage is only a formality. If in your marriage love strikes both ways it's worth the while, if its single sided, life is nothing but mysery. I feel my love is only one sided, what i thought my ideal to be is totally different to my expectations. I feel nothing but such silence within my soul and mind, as if someone has thrown me on the moon all alone. :(

Good luck for the rest of you, I hope your love remains strong both ways and not one sided like mine.

You should read "Naide Ali". But if you are a Sunni then no one will let you read it. But if you can read it, I swear by Allah you will get your visa for sure.
