I have sent my application for a residence card based on my marriage to an EEA2 national exercising Treaty rights in the UK, to UKBA on 19th October 2012 through a solicitors. On 08 February 2013 I sent a letter asking for my certificate of application until that date I had not received ((not received yet).
On 14th May 2013 I called UKBA and I managed to talk to a lady who could not give me more than my application reference number.
By the end of May my solicitors sent a complaint letter to Mr. Rob Whiteman, but, not received any answer.

I feel I've been completely ignored, I am fed up, There is more than 10 months i am waiting.

ps: I have almost 4 years married
