Approval letter

Approval letter

Hi all,

I am sorry if this question has been answered before. I tried to find but I couldn't find the info.
My wife's friend received approval letter last week. She wanted to find out if she has to send the letter with 950 Euros and photos or just without the letter.
When my wife sent her fee we sent the letter with photos and fees.
We never got the letter back but she wants to keep the letter.

She is an EU citizen so she doesn't have a GNIB Card.
