UK Tier 1 (General) extension but PEO kept document and Pass

Post by wajahat.qureshi » Mon Jul 15, 2013 11:46 am

Hi,

I along with my 3 dependents have attended PEO solihull office for UK Tier 1 (General) extension on 05th June. The case worker kept all my documents and passports and issued me a letter stating your application is valid and we need further inquiries on your case. She didn't tell me how long it can take. It is already 6 weeks now. I have not heard anything back from them yet. I am wondering if someone can help me in this regard.

Any advise...

Thanks,

Is your is a self employed income?

In this case they will verify all your clients before making the decision. This is what happened in my case.

Yes I am self employed and was working through only one agency for one client.
My agency has informed me that no one has contacted them in this matter....

It's about 6 weeks now...

Hi,

That can be any checks like immigration history, convictions, hmrc related, previous leave to remain.....

Wait for another 2 weeks, hopefully you should have a visa or a query. Can advise accordingly.

Thanks
