ICT 2 skill transfer to T2 General / ict Longterm

Hi,
I have a query regarding the below few quesiton:
I am on ict skill transfer visa as of now.
1. If after this, can i apply under tier 2 General or does the cooling off applies? As nothing is mentioned on UKBA regarding this.
2. Also can i apply for ICT long term or again the cooling off appplies?

thanks for the reply ... i have one query

the tier 2 - guidance says that :

a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) applicant in the Skills Transfer sub-category will
be granted leave for no longer than 6 months; at which point you must leave the UK
and you will not be able to re-apply for further leave under an Intra-Company Transfer
category (other than in the Long Term Staff sub-category or if you will be paid an
annual gross salary of £152,100 or higher) until 12 months after your last leave as
an Intra-Company Transfer expired or 12 months after you left the UK, whichever is
sooner.



but nothing is mentioned for tier2 general.. i know i can not apply within UK but does the cooling off is compulsary ... i am not able to find the rule 245HB(g) ..

my wife will be coming to UK in august on tier2 ICT 12 months visa.. so

1- can i process my dependent visa after going out of UK and come here and work ???
2 - will the cooling off will apply in this scenario ?
