Recently I received British Citizenship and got Naturalisation certificate.

I need to apply British Passport. What are the documents need to attach with application form?

Your all uncancelled passports and your Naturalisation certificate along with application form. I would suggest you to use PO check and send service. They will make sure your application is filled correctly and all the relevent documents are attached.

There is a whole booklet that comes with the application form for a passport, explaining everything you need to know. As well as good old google. In fact, a google search would have probably been quicker than creating a thread and then waiting for someone to respond to tell you something that you could have easily found out for yourself.
