My employer had told me that they need to request permission from the Home Office to issue the Certificate of Sponsorship. They also mentioned that unfortunately the UK Home Office only considers these applications once per month and the deadline for submissions to be considered in July has passed. I would like to know what type of CoS can be applied only once in a month.

What is the difference between restricted CoS and normal CoS ?

If the job is advertised in website of a large organization in which I am going to work. Can this be considered for RMLT ?
