Hello,

My parents (my sponsor) held money on their account for required period (28 days) but the thing is that account has been opened just one month before and they did't use this account, is it ok? Thanks in advance.

As long as the required amount is held for consecutive 28 days then it must be fine regardless of when it was being opened.
