OCI

Hi- I want to clarify one point. When we go to Birmingham consulate to collect OCI document personally do we need to show any photo identity? My original British passport is already with them. I do not have a driving license. Has any one faced this problem?

No. You have to wait 7 days to collect.

Just out of curiosity, your OCI has not reached CGI and i wonder why did u send ur passports to the CGI?

My OCI already despatched from Delhi on 16th July. i did not submit my passport. Had called them regarding what exact documents they need.

I meant to say in my first post if my original British passport remains with them what other photo identification can I take other than driving license.
