your 6 deposits/transactions of salary per month , should be shown on the bank statements you submit.

if one is missing , then ECO can ask for it later or could just be flexible, as if a document from a series is missing , they sometimes allow it.

What i diid was emailed myself the watsapp logs anf printed them off.. i gave in everything.. it was for 2mnts and it was 500+ pages...

its such a shame that they are refusing on small things like not having enough subsisting relationship evidence.

I am really sorry to hear that... I know it should b very dressing.. Inshallah everything will b fine soon amen..

Just check that nothing has changed in the rules then it is probably better to reapply however the positive of appealling even though it takes time is that everything else is accepted and you will only need to prove your relationship. May allah help you to make the right decision

so sorry to hear this griddler... I would appeal, take a trip 2 Pakistan meanwhile and when u go to court for the hearing u can say u went Pakistan whilst waitin and giv more evidence to prove the point they have raised. if u reapply u neve rno wa else they may feel they wna pick on?

Hi all, guys and girl am new to this forum. I've been viewing this topic for about a week now I've got alot off useful information from here so thanks to all the member here helping each other out. Also I submitted my wife visa application on 7/9/2013 and is at Islamabad oc date 7/9/2013 also I submitted the application from mirpur.

I did not submit any skype or viper evidence just told them but I did add vectone statement of my phone calls, plus I added photos from after our marriage etc.

I hope you all get your visas inshallah I know how hard it is waiting. thanks you all for your duas again. May allah give you all sabr and a quick positive reply

Sorry to hear that i genuinely know what a knockback it is when they refuse after such a long wait! I would suggest you re-apply there is no time limit.. You could potentially appeal BUT the wait is a killer so long...

Just remember to submit some call evidence etc too it makes the case so much stronger

Good Afternoon Guys. One bit of advise for everyone whom visa's have been refused.

Please note currently appeal times are 6-7 months throughout the UK and normally appeal court dates are like in January and if you are going to appeal it is going to take 12 months easily unless BHC overturn there decision but they are not doing this as I have tried everything from emails, letters, phone calls, AIT & even MP but got nowhere and hence I would recommend submitting a new application and you should be sorted within some months.

Below is the cost of appeal & new application approx.

New Application Cost: £851 & if you use lawyer say £300-£500 to prepare!
Appeal Cost: £80 for paper & £140 for oral & on top approx £750-£1000 for lawyer/barrister fees.

If you compare the costs there is very little difference and people who are not using lawyer to prepare application it is actually cheaper for a new application as I made a mistake of not doing this now waiting ages and ages.

Just recieved the scans from my wife the reason they simply rejected the visa was not enough evidence provided

I had provided them with the wedding photos even the resturant outing bills whilst i was in pakistan
I mean they could have asked for more logs instead of just refusing it

Below the main reason also which really annoys me is that on the form there is a question that says what do u intend to do whilst in the uk

My wife wrote down obviously to be with me and to do masters in biologicial sciences
She did tell them she has a bachelors from Islamic university ISB it did NOT say submit the degree with the form

That really is annoying they dont even ask for the submission of degree and they said thats another reason that didnt make sense to them

No idea what to do thinking of just reapplying instead of appealing
Female sex is much more emotional and my wife is still mourning

Just make sure whoever writes they have a degree submit it with the application
