JOIN FAMILY VISA for Non EU Spouse of EU National

Hello

I have finally applied online for the long-stay visa for my Sri Lankan husband. We now have to get the supporting documents to the Consul in Colombo within 30 days.

I have only just arrived in Ireland so dont need to be exercising my EU Treaty Rights until after 3 months here. Although I have been actively job-seeking and managed to get myself a part-time bar job.

I am getting my PPS number hopefully on 25 July, I plan to open an Irish Bank Account once I have this. Would this be sufficient evidence at this stage?

I have read other people's cases and no one ever seems to have the same situation as me.
