hi there
I came to the UK in 2005 and I been studying until 2011 and now I am married to EU citizen and in 2015 I will be here for 10 years, my question is will I be able to apply for long residence (10 years) lawful even if i mixed between UK immigration law and EU law?
I would appreciate it if you can answer the question

Were you legally residing here during the 10 years?

Any legal stay in the UK counts. The IR did not specify which kind of legal stay. just legal stay, unbroken for 10 years, and you have to prove it as claimed

yes but I been told that the Home Office does not count 10 years if it is combined between the EU law and UK immigration law, Is that right?
