Expedite ILR application on compassionate grounds

Post by smterkar » Sun Jul 21, 2013 5:19 pm

Dear All,

I have applied for ILR with my wife as dependent on 30th April 2013 and completed biometric details on 25th May 2013. Yesterday, my brother –in-law suddenly passed away in India and wife wishes to travel to see her family.
Could someone please help with documentary evidence that need to be submitted under such circumstances to expedite the ILR application process?

Regards,
Sunil

A copy death of the certificate and the planned funeral time with a cover letter asking them to expedite your ILR application.
