Ket wrote:@Daniel97. Thank you for your advise. If that is the case that I have to use Form FLR(O),, then may be you could also please let me know how many days in total am I allowed to stay out of the country in 1 and 3 years respectively?
And am I allowed to travel to my home country for holiday as I am not an assylum seeker?

You can travel,as many times as you like,as long as your discretionary leave is valid, and you can travel to your country, most asylum seeker are not allow to travel to their country.

it's possible that when UKBA said they had sent...maybe they meant they are intending to post (as you know they never say what they mean)...or maybe they used second class recorded which does take some time..although if they sent last Thursday it should be with you now....don't lose heart..am sure the documents will come and your children will be able to travel....all the best this week. I know its hard but speak positive things into your life and let God do his work. Have a blessed week. :) :) :)

So happy for you. I pray your joy will last forever. Just a quick one, I will like to know if you applied through a solicitor or you did yourself. Also, how long did your application take?
Many thanks

Hi guys

Just curious. if home office request more evidence but no time limit to provide it, what can I expect? does that mean there is a good chance of positive result and quick response or would still be playing the waiting game for a while.

Thanks comments would be appreciated.

CONGRATULATION, dear... I actually dreamt of you received all your documents back couple of days ago, and thought I'd tell you this but been busy last week and no time to write to you. And now it came true, couldn't be happier for you!!
But I'm still waiting for mine though.. :'-(
