declaration letter for join spouse

Hi, my husband has submitted his visa for ireland to travel with me under the directive2004/38
They have asked for a declaration letter from myslef confirming that we will travel together.
Is this just a simple letter stating that we will travel together and a signiture. Or do I have to word it someway or have a solicitor stamp or anything?

Yeah simple letter confirming u both will be traveling together, both should sign it
