Can the ECm point out another refusal?

Hi,

Is it possible for the ECM to come up with a new refusal after the the original refusal was covered during ECM review?

So the original refusal was about the 2 years cohabitation. Th ECM review was going to take place today but they have not got back to me yet.

I am scared that they will come up with a new refusal.
