Am i qualified for ILR

Hi Guys,

I need to know am i qualified for ILR? My situation -

My first Tier 1 visa was granted on 25/08/2008 and i came in the country on 7th November 2008. I am applying for ILR in mid August via premium appointment

yes, you can as you didn't delay your entry more than 90 days from the visa start date. You can even apply 28 days prior to 25/08/2008.

How long have you lived in the UK? in form

Should this be calculated from the date i first came in country or date of first visa?

It should be 'Date you first came'.
