In my opinion if we chase them by sending emails we are actually making all the applications delay further, as also mentioned by abidabzhussain.

Sallam sis I pray your husband gets visa 1st time and soon.
Do duaa in sujood while you praying salah. According to sahi Hadith Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) used to do duaa in sujood while praying salah. You are closest to Allah in sujood. Also you can pray in any language doesn't have to be Arabic and once finished duaa carry on with salah and finish it.
Remember us in duaa too.

My Wife received her RFC this morning. She collected her paperwork from Lahore between 2pm-3pm.

With the help of the all mighty Allah (swt) her visa has been granted allhumdilillah.

I will pray for all those waiting.

Going soon to collect my soul mate!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOO

Today my wife received SMS for RFC she was very happy till collect the passport Eco refused her visa.we have been very disappointment.

{Eco says I m not satisfied your relationship with your spouse is genuine and subsisting you have submitted no evidence whatsoever of any other contact between you and ur sponsor }

I submitted photograph and marriage certificate and phone bill one of my VoIP phone we talk daily via this phone number I think this is enough proof for relation

When she received the file thay sand back all the documents but she couldn't see my VoIP phone bill document rest of all documents they sand back so i am confused what happened my wife misplace when submitted the document or ECO kept this phone bill.

someone can guide me they sand Back each paper which ones we submitted

What should we do we go for appeal or resubmit the case very pain full procedure

So sory to hear that. They usualy keep sme documents as proof of evidence about y they refused u so if u appealdmd etc they hav sme proof. Didnt u make photocopies?

Very disapointing to hear that, I think it is best to appeal as opposed to reapplying as most of the evidence is on file.

Appeal will take 1 year , while fresh case will take 2/3 months

as the rejection is a minor issue ( the applicant can now put as much evidence as he/she can )

take screen shots of skype/ facebook/ emails, entry/exit stamps on passports to see each other , and access the mobile record again ( mobile call history ) and send it ...
