I am confused...

I applied form PSW to ent...50K route...do i still need to register a new business within six months of entering...

This is a million dollar question. Acordong to Policy guidance YES. It looks likes UKBA has made a mistake in the guidance by not specifying clearly for PSW holders. Please call and confirm with them.

As per immigration laws when an applicant switches from PSW to T1 (Ent) then the applicant must have had already either registered himself as self-employed or a company director then they award the visa. If you have been awarded the visa then I hope you must have already met the condition.

Please explain in detail
