Absolutely, we should and I will add more with your plea for BBC Asia for the reasons that we entrepreneurs are very very scared that if we raise any voice for our issues/rights against UKBa,we will be booted out, we will be destroyed, we will be having no future and we will be died.However,the fact is different from our thoughts.We should be one voice and be fully firmed in our believes,but unfortunately,the facts we mention here,we have lost them.We are completely scared and have just adhered to remain calm even on wrong practice of ukba for being stayed here.

On one hand they refuse application with option to re-apply or make a fresh application and on the other,they retain all original documents.Can any applicant get admission without documents (if wish to make a fresh application in different category) not at all.Despite the facts that ukba is aware of this that nobody will get it but still they are in this wrong practice just to put we(Asian ) in troubles.

UKBA is aware of the market competition and still they demand us this awkward requirement of contract.This is just to put us in trouble to look for one or two potential clients in first three months.They are very well aware that in this business competition, a new business may take a year and more to boost up one business.They know their failure and the later they just demand unreasonable requirements to clearly violate our rights.

For example,just look at the requirement of bank statement to have an applicant name in third person account.Does it make any sense,but still they have brought any change in that.

So we should be raised our hands against this violation particularly with Asian through media and even in the court to challenge them .
