This the third or fourth not-so-cunning plan you've hatched to seemingly avoid going back home it seems, why don't you give the whole story - maybe then we can help with a less desperate plan.
I really can't see any country in Europe giving PR to students, but it seems parity is arriving across the EU, the UK's IGS matching sth similar in Germany, most likely Sweden does the same.
Do you speak Swedish? I'm sure you have to have some Swedish Language (i did look into this myself once) although I know some instruction is in English...
