Employer possible breach of immigration laws

Post by Qwerty-UK » Thu Jul 18, 2013 9:50 am

Hi. Can someone please tell me which email to use if I want to report an employer to the UKBA? workabuse@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk doesn't work any more.

Thanks.

It is a UK based company.

The directors are currently still active with another "sister" company.

If either firm is a sponsor then you could send any info you have to SponsorshipPBSEnquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.

the current form for reporting immigration crime is here:
https://report-ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/

You should look at the T2 sponsor guidance to identify where you think your sponsor breached the rules. Only report what you think is an immigration crime. Claims about purely employment matters should be made to the employment tribunal.
