my tier-2 visa refused and they put me on appeal.please help

hi I have applied for a extend my visa as a tier2 application, but after 8 months they refused my application and put me on a appeal.they said my job title is not matching with NQF level 6 and not appropriate salary.FYI:i have applied for soc code 3131. which is not matching with salary either and my salary was 20000.i am agree that it was my employer mistake that they put me in a wrong soc code.after now I have discussed with my employer they are ready to help me to sort this out.is any one please advise me how to I can I go to sort this out please.
